The Dec. 8 meeting of the County Commissioners saw Jack Yarbrough of Idaho Waste Systems (IWS) and Scott Hess, an attorney representing the county, come before the board for an update of the ongoing litigation between the county and IWS. For the first time in over 10 years, the Mountain Home Public Library’s nonresident card costs will be reduced effective Jan. 1, 2018.
