Willard Leroy Spalding, age 78 of Glenns Ferry, passed away at his home on Dec. 16, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Glenns Ferry.
