Leanna Whitney will be stepping down as treasurer for the city of Mountain Home after 21 years of service. Whitney has accepted a position as vice president of finance, human resources and communications for Northwest Lineman College in Meridian. The college, run by her nephew, Aaron Howell, is undergoing a major expansion, with additional colleges in California, Texas and other sites in the southwest United States...
