Owyhee County moves forward with nuclear plant project

Owyhee County has received an application to build a nuclear plant from Alternate Energy Holdings Inc. The company is proposing to build a $3.5 billion, 1,600-megawatt nuclear/biofuels facility in the Bruneau/Grand View area.
