Weaver Found Guilty of Solicitation to Commit Murder

The long anticipated jury trial of Ricky Weaver began Thursday, March 5th with jury selection and a pool of 70 perspective jurors. Jury questions were present by the court, Judge Cawthon presiding, and the attorney for the state, represented by Elmore County Prosecutor, Daniel Page and attorney for the defense, John De Franco.
