Elmore County Commissioners met on April 20 to discuss issues concerning the county. During the morning session department heads presented commissioners with updates for each department. Things are running smoothly in Juvenile, Misdemeanor Probation and Drug Court. 76 kids are currently on probation while 96 hours of community service has been completed in the last month...

An ordinary Mountain Home School District board meeting turned into a celebration of what's to come the evening of April 17. The district is starting a multitude of new projects and is making progress in various areas. Marcia Lewis, age 77, of Mountain Home, passed away at her home on Friday, March 23, 2018. Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
