Billie Arrington (Obituary ~ 06/22/17)
Billie "Bill" Ray Arrington's courageous battle with cancer ended on June 20, 2017. Bill slipped peacefully away at his home in King Hill surrounded by loved ones. Bill was born Aug. 4, 1949, in Twin Falls to Omer and Carol Byington Arrington. Bill was the oldest of four children.
