After an emotional 2-hour meeting (May 3) with Planning & Zoning in regards to Thunderbolt Landing (located at the North end of 10th East) requesting high density (R-4PUD) housing (236 single dwelling units on 49+ acres) most agreed development was good, but not at the density the company was requesting.
