On Oct. 12, Jesse Cobos III was arrested on charges of false imprisonment and domestic battery. He was released on Oct. 16 on a $35,000 bond with a no contact order against him. On Oct. 21 Cobos was charged with two counts of violating a no contact order and rape. On Oct. 31 a charge of driving under the influence was added to the charges...
