The City Council held a public hearing to offer the community the opportunity to provide input of the proposed changes to parking ordinances on July 9. The first to offer input was Mountain Home native Terry Black. Black stated that he grew up in Mountain Home and graduated here. He said that he was concerned with the possible changes to the ordinance. East Elementary has not had its building painted in several years and the current paint was peeling and faded.
