Danielle Marie Cote Gilbert, of Mountain Home, Idaho, lost her two-year battle with colon cancer on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at the age of 39. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and daughter. Elmore County authorities are responding to an apparent hunting accident above Pine in which a 10-year-old girl has been reported shot. The accident occurred late Friday morning about 14 miles up Grouse Creek Road. The girl is believed to have been shot in the groin. She was with family members at the time of the incident...
