The Mountain Home ATV Club, Inc., is one of the 16 such clubs that have organized to form the new Idaho State ATV Association, Inc. The Mountain Home ATV Club, Inc., is recognized by the state of Idaho as a non-profit organization. Lowell "Shorty" Anselment was granted passage to the Lord on Feb. 21, 2010. He will be sorely missed by both his children and his other family at Adrianšs. Shorty was born July 21, 1933, in St. Michael, Minn., to Barney and Stella Anselment. He was the third of eight children. Born into a German community, his first language was German. Monty E. McDonald, 68, of Mountain Home, died on Feb. 28, 2010, at a Boise care center. Per his request, no formal funeral services will be held. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
