Martin faces 2 new charges from fatal crash

A Mountain Home man preparing for another retrial for vehicular manslaughter faced new charges related to the same incident during a preliminary hearing Friday morning. In March 2010, Michael Martin will face his third trial in two years for his alleged role in a fatal car crash in 2007. In addition, Elmore County Prosecuting Attorney Kristina Schindele is now pressing charges to try Martin separately for felony drunk driving and another felony for leaving the scene of an accident...
