Event honors local Vietnam War veterans

Marking the 50th anniversary of the end of a war that continued for nearly 20 years across nations in Southeast Asia, local veterans came together to honor the memory of those who served during that moment in history.

During a commemoration ceremonyand dinner held at American Legion Post 101, these veterans and others in the Mountain Home community paid tribute to those who fought during the Vietnam War.
