City’s mayor still refuses to answer our questions

Dear editor,

This letter is in response to Allen Bump’s letter to the editor in the March 26 edition of the Mountain Home News in which he stated, “all I got was crickets” regarding a public town hall meeting request.

With all due respect, Mr. Bump, what else did you expect from Mountain Home Mayor Rich Sykes?

Why? Because he can.

What is he afraid of? The truth, Mr. Bump!

I don’t give ‘em hell. I give them the truth, and they think it’s hell.
