City police chief announces resignation

Police Chief Jon Thompson plans to resign by the end of April.

Following his two years of service to the Mountain Home community, the city’s police chief announced his plans to step down as the head of that city department.

In a formal letter presented March 10, Police Chief Jon Thompson told city officials that he would resign at the end of April.
