C.J. Strike Dam park area remains closed

Weather prompted a delay to reopen the Scout Park campground facing toward the C.J. Strike Dam complex as work continued to build a new security fence around Idaho Power’s hydroelectric power plant.

Wet weather prompted construction crews to close one of the campgrounds at C.J. Strike Dam as work continued on a renovation project near this area.

The closure involves the Scout Park campground at the face of the dam.
