Judith Suzanne McCallum

Judith Suzanne McCallum, 81, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025 at her home in Penn Valley, California. She was surrounded by her husband and family. A celebration of life was held at Lake Wildwood Association Community Center in California where an abundance of friends and family gathered to reminisce and share wonderful stories of her life.
Judy was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 5, 1943 to Walter Ressler Pray and Lois Beth Pray. She married the love of her life, Richard C. McCallum Sr. (Mac), at the age of 16. They had 3 sons Roy Lynn McCallum, David Wayne McCallum Sr., and Richard Clinton McCallum Jr. She was a proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Judy, her husband, and their sons moved to Mountain Home, Idaho in 1975, Judy dedicated her life as a dispatcher for Mountain Home Police Department for 13 years. Following her service, she retired and shortly after moved to Penn Valley, California where she resided for the last 18 years. She loved to golf, bowl, and enjoyed anything to do outdoors. Judy impacted the lives of countless people throughout her life with her unrivaled caring personality and will be infinitely missed by many.
Judith was preceded in death by both of parents Walter and Lois, 2 brothers Ron and Ted, and one of her sons Richard. She is survived by her loving husband Mac, 2 sons David Sr. and Roy, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 siblings, and many more nieces and nephews.
