Council hosts ‘Music the American Way’

The talents of local musicians took the stage last month as the Mountain Home Arts Council hosted its second concert of the new year.

Directed by Betty Ashcraft, the “Music the American Way” event included more than a dozen soloists and groups featuring a variety of music that included classic American rock ‘n’ roll from the 1950s to the early 1980s, all of whom donated their time and talent to support the local arts council.
