Woman convicted following child’s death

Evidence presented at the trial led to Tera Hathaway’s conviction on two counts of injury to a child in connection with the death of her infant son.

A Mountain Home woman faces up to 10 years in prison along with additional punishments in connection with her infant child’s death two years ago.

During a district court hearing at the Elmore County Courthouse on Jan. 17, the jury found Tera Hathaway guilty on two counts of injury to a child.
