Students with Kya Vines-Bideganeta’s fish and wildlife class at Mountain Home High School as well as members of the local Future Farmers of America organization work to collect seeds from sagebrush and rabbitbrush plants as part of a community service field trip held recently at the Blacks Creek Wildlife Management Area northeast of Mountain Home.

Hosted by representatives with the Idaho Fish and Game agency, the 55 students worked to fill buckets with these seeds that they planned to transform into individual plants.
