Judy B. Collins
Judy B. Collins passed away December 8, 2024 in Mountain Home, Idaho at the age of 66 after an illness.
Judy was born August 12, 1958 in Spencer, West Virginia to Quentin and Wanda King. Judy married Dan Collins on October 21, 1977. They built their life together, working and playing in the Mountain Home area. In the late 70s and through the 80s into the 90s Judy worked for First American Title Company. Judy managed the Mountain Home office from the mid 80s until her departure in 1996. In May of 1996 she started her new job at the Elmore County Courthouse in Mountain Home working as a deputy clerk for the County Clerk. She remained there until her retirement in 2016. Judy and Dan always traveled together, mostly to the Oregon Coast and to numerous antique toy bank collectors conventions over the years. Judy very much enjoyed antiquing with her main collecting interests being in many different potteries.
Judy is survived by her husband Dan of 47 years, her sister Joaquina Dye (Carson) of Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. Judy also had to leave behind her puppy dog, Gracie Mae.
