Supporting school’s playground project

West Elementary School Principal Nikki Cruser and students Naveah Rodriguez and Hailey Zakrzwski join Mountain Home Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Debra South and Esteemed Lecturing Knight John Matthews as the lodge representatives presented the school with an $8,000 donation during a meeting Nov. 4. Originally planning on providing the school with a $5,000 donation to support its playground renovation project, the lodge received an additional $3,000 after it qualified for a grant through the Elks National Foundation.
