Representatives from Blue Collar Farms took top honors during this year’s Spooktacular trunk display in which company representatives dressed up as characters from the Toy Story movie series.

In a pair of announcements last week, representatives with the city parks and recreation department announced the winners of this year’s Halloween contests.

City hall took top honors in the 2024 Spooktacular Scarecrow Stroll with its display featuring elements of the Betelgeuse movies.
