Officials with the Mountain Home School District, including district superintendent James Gilbert, face charges of discrimination after the junior high school’s vice principal filed a lawsuit against district officials Oct. 21.
Jessica Ward, who has served as a state educator and administrator for the past 18 years, claims that district officials subjected her gender discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
