Officials break ground at Mayfield

Following more than 10 years of debate and discussions that led to several setbacks and delays, plans to build a new community west of Mountain Home officially moved forward during a ceremony Oct. 23.

Elmore County commissioners joined county officials and other representatives to officially break ground on the Mayfield Springs development, located just within the county’s border off the Boise Stage Stop interstate exit.
