Seeking to support those directly affected by various types of physical and emotional abuse as well as others who directly dealt with various threats and actions that affected those they know, the Elmore County Domestic Violence Council hosts a community gathering Saturday evening.

Held in conjunction with this year’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the indoor vigil runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. that day at the City of Mountain Home Activity Center, 440 East 8th North St. next to the St. Luke’s Elmore Medical Center.
