Local groups seek support during city council meeting

Repairs to the local water irrigation system, and plans to open a recycling processing service in the local area highlighted a series of topics the city council addressed during a meeting Aug. 13.

The meeting began as Chris Alzola, who runs a local bookkeeping business, aired concerns regarding the city’s proposed $84 million budget for the coming fiscal year.
