Community comes together for Kids Festival

A stiff breeze cut through the evening air as families met at Carl Miller Park on Saturday as children met with their friends and others their age as the countdown to the start of the new school year continued to count down.

Marking its second anniversary, the Kids Festival represents one way to introduce children and their families, especially those new to the community, on what Mountain Home offers to people of all ages, Bryanna Strom, recreation coordinator with the city parks and recreation department.
