Law enforcement agencies to deter aggressive driving

Local and state law enforcement agencies urge motorists to buckle up and drive safely.

Senior officials with the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office and the Idaho Office of Highway Safety urged motorists to slow down and safely enjoy their drive over the summer months.

Last Friday, Idaho State Police collaborated with more than 50 law enforcement agencies across the state to step up efforts to patrol Idaho roads for aggressive drivers to help ensure everyone can travel to their destinations safely with this safety campaign expected to continue until Aug. 11.
