Democrats hold rally against ‘Library Bounty’

Highlighting the need to provide citizens the freedom to access the books they want to read and maintain access to information they feel is important, representatives with the Elmore County Democratic Party met at the Mountain Home Public Library on Monday during a rally aimed at protecting these Constitutional rights.

The Rally Against Library Bounty Bill, Stand in Solidarity with Public Libraries, featured a book reading, social gathering, proclamation reading as well as a table featuring “gratitude post card” writing.
