Inspirational alumni visits MHHS

Thursday, April 18th, our EL & Migrant students were honored to hear from alumni Litzi Pillado Ontiveros, who is also a former EL & Migrant student. Litzi shared her story on immigrating to the United States in 5th grade, not understanding the language and all she did to be an example to her family and get an education. Through her hard work and dedication she will be graduating from Northwest Nazarene University in May, with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and economics and we couldn’t be more proud of her.
