Spring into Fishing

Idaho Power tankers are adding 50,000 rainbow trout to C.J. Strike Reservoir last week to help kickstart the spring fishing season.

Stocking began on Monday last week, with fish being added to the reservoir at the Cottonwood and Jack’s Creek boat launch sites. These Idaho-grown trout are 10-12 inches long, perfect for the frying pan.
