Inmate captured, two others in custody

At approximately 2pm March 22, Skylar Meade, escaped inmate, and Nicholas Umphenour, shooting suspect, were arrested in the Twin Falls area following a vehicle pursuit. Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the capture of the two men who have been on the run since 2:00 a.m. March 20, 2024.
