Issue affecting electronic service of Idaho Court Documents

Jan. 5, 2023 - Idaho’s Administrative Office of the Courts has been notified today of an issue with the functionality of document service links sent for filings made through the electronic court filing system.

The File & Serve system is used to file and serve court documents online. It appears today that users who are served court documents over email have no way to view the linked documents. The Administrative Office is working with the vendor that provides the File & Serve software to understand when functionality of the links will be restored.
