Today we are going to discuss criminals in Distict 8: Megan Blanksma (R),MBlanksma@house.idaho.gov, Majority Leader. Matthew “Matt” Bundy (R), MBundy@house.idaho.gov, District 8. Geoff Schroeder (R), GSchroeder@senate.idaho.gov. Since August of this year I have called these REPS who claim to be my representatives. Bundy did speak to me alleging interest but now will not call back. I have been hoodwinked by these people in that I no longer have time to make a presentation to the State of Idaho because of their behaviors as of December 12 today. Idaho session begins in a few weeks. We are talking about me calling them around ten times with zero response.

Oddly enough I call them about a tax issue that needs to be fixed as it is charging people huge sums of money in taxes on landline phones. So with these people refusing to call me back I experience taxation without representation. THIS IS A CRIME. I am entitled to representation 365 days per year yet what I get is ZERO. These REPS violate the U.S. Constitution they swore to uphold. I will prove this is a crime.

I use a landline phone at the house. I pay monthly $80 for a landline and internet service to the house. My bill to the phone company is eighty bucks. But that is not what I pay. I pay each month on top of that around $115 as Idaho dumps about $40 in taxes on top of that $80 bill. Please note this comment of mine is NOT about just me. It includes EVERY PERSON in Idaho who uses a landline phone, especially in a rural area.

We find that Idaho Legislators created a Universal Toll Fee that charges per minute charges to anyone who dials a one and then an area code and number. Every place I call requires me to dial a one in my rural area. I note that in more populated areas only an area code is required for most calls thus these people do NOT pay into this toll fee. This is an unfair tax I want to bring to the attention of an Idaho tax committee for review. I can’t do that without representation. Thus I have no way to present a grievance to the State of Idaho AS IS MY RIGHT TO DO according to the U.S. Constitution these people swore to uphold. It is clear they are liars.

But MEGAN BLANKSMA, MATT BUNDY AND GEOFF SCHROEDER all believe they don’t have to represent me even though they were elected into office to do just that. THIS IS a CRIMINAL ACT of which I and all people in Idaho are victims.

According to USC Title 18 sec. 242 if any person or entity while acting under COLOR OF LAW violates a person’s rights, they have in fact committed a crime against that VICTIM. I was unaware that Idaho Reps could commit crimes against Idaho Citizens with impunity but here it is in black and white. THEY ARE CRIMINALS who allege to be reps. In fact, what they do is pursue their own agenda. We know this because they are not helping anyone in Idaho with ANYTHING. The only thing left for them to do is THEIR AGENDA. THEY ARE CRIMINALS according to USC Title 18 sec. 242. They literally victimize countless people by NOT representing them in any capacity. Know I do not personally know these people so named and they do not know me so this is not a personal grudge against me. It is THEIR standard operating procedure.

If you voted these lying people into office, you might want to think again about who they really are. Why are they liars? They publicly swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution yet I have already proven herein they violate that oath. THEY ARE LIARS. They ARE the Wolf in Sheep’s clothing.
