Martha Estanez-Jimenez

Martha Estanez-Jimenez, born June 27, 1975, to Humberto Estanez and Teresa Jimenez in Coatepec Harinas, Mexico, passed away at home on January 23, 2023, at age 47 after fighting a battle against cancer. Martha was laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home on January 31, 2023. Arrangements were under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Martha moved to Idaho in 1998, establishing in Glenns Ferry with her husband Agustin Juarez and her two daughters Marisol and Jessica, later having 3 more children Esmeralda, Agustin Jr. and Esteban. In 2009, they moved to Mountain Home where she resided until her passing.

Martha was a stay-at-home mother. She was a loving grandmother to Alexa, Mailanie, Salvador, Francisco, Jocelyn and Ximena. In 2021, she was excited to find out she would be a grandmother to her 7th grandchild by her 3rd daughter, Esmeralda and then in 2022 she got the exciting news that she would be a grandmother to her 8th grandchild.

Martha was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was the glue that held the family together. She loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Filling everyone’s hearts with all the amazing dishes she would cook.

With her death she left as big empty space in the family. She will be deeply missed by everyone that had the opportunity to know her.
