Hathaway - Hopkins Trial Update

On January 20th in the Elmore County Courthouse, both John Hopkins and Tera Hathaway were brought before Judge Hodges following both individuals being charged independently with injury to a child. At no point did the two defendants see one another. Hathaway was brought into the courtroom first, accompanied by attorney Terry Ratliff. The judge explained to Ms. Hathaway that in a preliminary hearing, a determination is made by the judge to determine whether a case is well-founded and should continue to pre-trial and trial.
