This week in Ms. Nordins advanced culinary class we made Christmas sugar cookies. On Thursday we made the dough, and let it sit overnight. But Thursday night we had a snowstorm roll through, so Friday morning the dough was really difficult to roll out, so we threw it in the microwave. After making the cutouts for the cookies we baked them and put the frosting on them. The cookies were extremely soft and held together really well.
