New community breaks ground in Mountain Home

On Friday, June 3rd the development named “Turner House Depot”, a planned residential community broke ground at the corner of NW Elmcrest St and Marathon Way. This after lengthy planning and collaboration between the city’s Economic Development and the Ginn Group out of Vancouver, Washington.

The development has started with the hard work of leveling the ground that will continue for the next few months and will progress through 3 phase s that are estimated to be a 3-year project.

Phase one will begin this year, as they continue to level the ground and hope to have 95 homes up or “vertical” as Mr. Wuest called them, by the spring of 2023.
