May 9 - In response to some common questions, we want to highlight information about the proposed new building and costs associated with the project.

The estimated cost of the project is based on the price of commercial constructions, which is currently around $350 a square foot.

The building is planned as a 215,000 square foot building. This equates to $75,250,000. This cost includes all construction and fit and finish to the building, as well as furniture that is in the building. All landscaping, curbing, asphalt and outdoor construction is also included in that cost.
