I first saw it off Highway 51 toward Bruneau: Beet Dump Road. Then I saw it again off Old Highway 30 heading to Hammett: Beet Dump Road.

Is there a beet dump out here? And why would anyone want to dump beets, anyway?

I drove Beet Dump Road from Old Highway 30 past Highway 51 to where it ends in a cattle pasture. Not a beet dump in sight.
