O. Yvonne Dellamore

O. Yvonne Dellamore, 96, of Mountain Home passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021. Services were held at the LDS Church on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Arrangements under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

She was born in Idaho Falls in a little white house and delivered by her grandmother on August 30, 1925. She grew up in Lewisville, Idaho and graduated from Rigby High School in 1943. Yvonne worked at Hill Field Army Air Corps in Utah and then as a telephone operator in Ogden.

In September 1947 she married Emil J. Dellamore and they moved to Mountain Home, where they made their home for the next 74 years. They had three children; Melanie, LeeAnn and Brett. A few years later came Julene and Jeff to make the family complete. Then came all the grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren to make her life complete.

The church was a big part of her life. Giving her meaning and many lifelong friends who were in her heart to the very end. A special thanks to Terry who made it possible for mom to stay at her home to the end.
