Nickolaus Wayne Aug

Nickolaus Wayne Aug, age 33, of Glenns Ferry, passed away on May 31, 2020 at his home. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Nick was born November 24, 1986 to Michael Aug and Gail Mason. Nick attended school in the Glenns Ferry School District from 1st grade through his graduation in 2005. He is well known throughout the community for his involvement in the school prep band. He continued to pursue his passion into adulthood playing with his dad Mike in the band Relative Rock. He was an avid gamer from the age of 2, an extremely talented drummer and earned black belts in 3 martial arts.

Nick worked as a cook at the Hammett Café as well as Glenns Ferry Pizza & Deli. For the last 7 years Nick has worked at Marathon Cheese.

Nicks sense of humor could fill any room with an abundance of laughter. He was a caring friend, a loving son, grandson, brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed.

Nick is survived by his parents Michael Aug and Gail Mason, sisters Kim Roholt-Steed and Annette Aug, paternal grandparents Rich and Lynn Aug, Maternal grandmother Virginia Anderson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nick is preceded in death by grandfather Don Anderson, aunt Brenda Price and uncle Butch Anderson.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Nicks name to the Glenns Ferry School District music program.
