URA, City collaborate to bring changes to downtown
MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho, – The Mountain Home Urban Renewal Agency arrived at two crucial decisions during its April 30 meeting guaranteed to change the face of the city’s downtown district for the better. As part of its continued partnership with the City of Mountain Home and in pursuit of the URA mission “to promote sustainable economic development and community enhancements through partnerships and public/private investment within the Urban Renewal Area,” agency commissioners voted to move forward with the Hub Plaza project and to increase the URA’s support of Phase I of the City’s Downtown Revitalization project by $300,000.
