Camp Wilson Committee has another successful year

After a weekend filled with roughing it on their own, eating only what they cook for themselves, learning how to survive in the wilderness and how to work together, Boy Scouts from throughout the state descended on Camp Wilson Sunday afternoon for a hot meal.
The barbecue was provided for them by the Camp Wilson committee in a tradition that dates back 72 years, when a group of locals decided they wanted to feed the hungry scouts who had been participating in the nearby Camporee.
