High School Rodeo season kicks off this weekend

The District 5 High School rodeo season kicks off this Friday, April 19 and Saturday April 20.

The season starts with a two day event at the Glenns Ferry Fair and Rodeo Grounds.

The rodeo begins at 7 p.m. on Friday night and at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The Glenns Ferry rodeo is being hosted by the Mountain Home High School Rodeo team and will have a concession stand manned by the Mountain Home FFA Chapter.

After the Glenns Ferry Rodeo the team will travel for the remainder of the season the rest of their schedule follows: April 26 and 27 in Shoshone, May 3 and 4 in Carey, May 17 and 18 in Gooding.

The District Finals will be held in Gooding on May 24 and 25
