Spooktacular at the Park

After 30 years of hosting an annual Halloween Carnival at Hacker Middle School the Mountain Home Parks and Rec Department decided to try something different in 2017. After a meeting of the department it was decided to do a trunk or treat event and Spooktacular at the Park was created.
