WECRD Seeks Tentative Offers for Railroad Park

The Western Elmore County Recreation District held a public hearing to discuss tentative offers and options for Railroad Park on July 11.

Jim Carrie was the first to offer his opinion on the matter as well as make an offer at the meeting. Carrie is a Mountain Home local and a property developer.
