Ybarra returns to West Elementary

Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra, a longtime Mountain Home resident, returned to much-loved territory -- a third-grade classroom at West Elementary School. Ybarra gave teacher Vicki Young a morning break and read three chapters of "Charlotte's Webb" to students, engaging them in discussions about the novel’s plot and vocabulary.
